De-Installation & Equipment Removal
We provide prompt and professional de-installation and equipment removal, which we can coordinate with your upgrade and de-commission projects. Our fully insured de-installation engineers have years of experience with central office, mobile base station and datacentre removals. Afterwards, we carefully package your equipment to ensure damage-free transportation from your office to our warehouse facility.
Asset Re-Marketing
- Our technological platform allows us to get the maximum return for your expendable IT assets.
- We maintain accurate pricing information for discontinued or hard-to-find replacement parts by monitoring the secondary market value of your access stock and spares.
- We track the value of metal and get you the most for your hardware.
- The assets we gather from your facility are recorded by part number and/ or serial number. We document this information in an email statement, which we send to your team.
- Assets deemed non-saleable are shipped to a Government approved recycling facility and we email you with a certificate of destruction.
- Our team delivers pre-owned equipment to resellers and technical service providers.

Value is recovered based on the market value of your old IT equipment. Assets that no longer hold value are recycled. Recycled assets are handled according to Ontario government specifications with a full audit record and certification of destruction from an Approved Ontario Electronic Stewardship Partner. Detailed audits and catalogues of all of your IT equipment will be summarized in an Excel Spreadsheet report and emailed to your team.
The security of your data is important to us. We remove all identifying tags and labels from your IT assets. The data destruction process, for all magnetic and storage media, resets devices to factory specifications. Adaker Inc. will arrange for the pickup and transportation of your decommissioned goods. We also provide packaging materials and packing services where required. Finally, we assist in the decommissioning process, if assets are still installed throughout your datacentre.
